Terms
Open account terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late charges for past due invoices will accrue at 1.5% per month until paid. Past due accounts will be placed on COD status after 60 days. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 late fee.

Shipping Policy
SHIPMENTS WITHIN COURTERCO/M&M SUPPLY SERVICE AREA
1) Indianapolis Defined Service Area- Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio
2) Louisville Defined Service Area- Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee
3) Greensboro Defined Service Area- North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee
4) CourterCo/M&M Supply reserves the right to make partial shipments and ship packages by the carrier of our choice.
5) An order that totals $100 or more that ships on our truck will carry no freight charge. An order under $100 that ships on our truck will carry a $10 delivery fee.
6) An order that totals $500 or more from any CourterCo/ M&M Supply warehouse shipped to any defined CourterCo/ M&M Supply service area will be shipped with no freight charges.
7) Backorders will be shipped with no freight charges when an original order meets the freight prepaid threshold. Backorders may be accumulated and shipped complete.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE COURTERCO/M&M SUPPLY SERVICE AREA
8) Orders accepted outside of the designated service areas outlined above will be shipped at customer’s expense.
SPECIAL ORDERS
9) All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are priced as one shipment for immediate release unless stated differently in a written quote.
10) Special order items, cut to length items, closeouts, obsolete or discontinued products may not be returned for any reason.
11) Direct ship and special orders are subject to the Manufacturer’s shipping policies, fees and shipping and handling charges. These will be added to the order. Customers not on open account will be required to prepay the order before processing
12) CourterCo/M&M Supply at its sole discretion will determine a stock or non-stock item. Any listing in our catalogue or any other flyer is for visibility of the product, not a determination of a stock item.
EXCLUSIONS/ADDITIONAL FEES
Regardless of total order value, the following apply;
13) Shipments to other than normal ship-to address will be charged for freight.
14) Freight will be charged on Formica laminate when shipping via LTL or small package carrier less than 1500 square feet or when shipping any quantity from a non-servicing warehouse.
15) Freight will be charged on Formica Solid Surfacing when shipping fewer than 8 full sheets from the servicing warehouse or when shipping any quantity from a non-servicing warehouse.
16) Certain packages due to larger size or weight carry additional charges; these additional fees/handling charges and box charges will be added to the order.
17) Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Other special handling, etc.) is available upon request on any order. All additional, applicable charges will be added to the order.
18) Orders under $10.00 will carry a $10.00 handling fee.
19) Hazardous material will only be shipped via LTL carrier and will be subject to the LTL carrier’s hazardous material charges.
20) COD fees will be charged to all orders that are not on open account and shipped via parcel ground service. This fee is $15 per shipment. These charges may be waived if the order is paid in advance with Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or other approved payment method.
21) Deliveries are not guaranteed. Buyer shall hold shipper harmless.
Special Factory Orders
COD customer will be required to pay in advance of CourterCo ordering the product. Special orders are not returnable.
Claims
All claims must be made in writing no later than 5 days from date of delivery to the customer. If packaging appears damaged, proper claim with carrier must be filed by the customer. CourterCo is not liable for delivery or damage to merchandise while in transit, unless merchandise is shipped via a CourterCo truck. Failure to inform CourterCo of any problems of said material shall be conclusive evidence the customer is satisfied with seller's performance.
Returned Goods Policy
No shipments or merchandise may be returned to CourterCo without prior written notice and approval. All return shipments must be prepaid unless instructed otherwise by CourterCo management.
Please notify our customer service department or your sales representative with reason for your return, order number and product number of item you want to return. Goods should be returned within 15 days and must be in reasonable condition. All requests for returns and credits must be made within 60 days of delivery date. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
Special orders and close-out items cannot be returned.
