New Accounts
CourterCo welcomes new customers. We require a CourterCo credit application to be completed and approved before any account is considered opened. We accept COD's, VISA, MasterCard, and checks with proper approval.

Terms
Open account terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late charges for past due invoices will accrue at 1.5% per month until paid. Past due accounts will be placed on COD status after 60 days. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 late fee.

All prices subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy
Per delivery stop via the regular scheduled CourterCo trucks, $10.00 will be charged when combined orders total less than $100.00. CourterCo will pay freight on all UPS and LTL orders over $400.00. Bulk lazy susans and laminate orders under 1500 sq. ft. are excluded from this policy.

Special Factory Orders
COD customer will be required to pay in advance of CourterCo ordering the product. Special orders are not returnable.

Claims
All claims must be made in writing no later than 5 days from date of delivery to the customer. If packaging appears damaged, proper claim with carrier must be filed by the customer. CourterCo is not liable for delivery or damage to merchandise while in transit, unless merchandise is shipped via a CourterCo truck. Failure to inform CourterCo of any problems of said material shall be conclusive evidence the customer is satisfied with seller's performance.

Returned Goods Policy
No shipments or merchandise may be returned to CourterCo without prior written notice and approval. All return shipments must be prepaid unless instructed otherwise by CourterCo management.

Please notify our customer service department or your sales representative with reason for your return, order number and product number of item you want to return. Goods should be returned within 15 days and must be in reasonable condition. All requests for returns and credits must be made within 60 days of delivery date. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.

Special orders and close-out items cannot be returned.
